Lock is not working, everytime you need to call them to open and close Food is not good only potato items are there Cleaning is not happening on morning Hygiene is not good

No Intercom Telephone, No heater, TV is very small and having only 2 channels, blanket is not clean, torn bed sheets, unclean chair, No complementary Tea/coffee or Drinking Water Bottles. No complementary Breakfast. No room /toilet cleaning service in 2days and 2 nights. It was totally waste of money.

Excellent location with great himalaya view, have balcony. Near to main road. Have parking space. Great service. Staff were very polite & cooperative.

Excellent view from the room. Very clean room. The hotel is very close to auli ropeway ticket counter.

The rooms are fine but poor room service, tv doesn't work, wifi doesn't connect moreover hotel staffs have casual behaviour and ignoring the complaints, food is okayish only.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Hospitability- 5/5 They upgraded our room from delux to super delux with balcony because we were very tired from trekking. Flexibilty- 5/5-Usually they do not provide food in the room but they provided it for us on request Food- Tea was good. And the food we ordered was good too. Cleanliness- Rooms were clean with all the promised amenities. Wifi- The wifi worked great too.
