The hotel was clean and well maintained but we lost a bag of cosmetics. We had kept our baggage in ground floor near reception. Somebody has taken it. The hotel manager should check in cctv.

I have taken a family room with 5 bed AC room. This is the best hotel till date at Shirdi for me. Clean room with very coparative staff with very well behaviour. 500 meter from temple and near to market with open area parking. A must stay hotel at Shirdi ✌️👍

I had an issue with the room door lock which was a bit loose , once I informed the manager it was taken care of very promptly and was assigned a new room immediately.

All facilities were available for use and was really worth the price . The staff and the property both are very good and my family was Happy with the stay 😊. Thank you Sai Gurusthan and goibibo for this lovely stay 🙏🏻

The room was good. Service person are polite. But not worth spending 1400+ rs for this room. No Wi-Fi, hot water also not available evening times. they mentioned hot water will be available only in the morning time and mosquitoes were present in the room.
We checked in late around 3 pm and checked out at 1.30pm , but still they are charging 200 per hour, even though we did not stayed in the room.

The washrooms are not clean properly, also bedsheets. Had to call the staff 3-4 times to clean the dustbin.
