pathetic customer service..although good hotel with well maintained rooms, but their customer service policies are not at all customer centric. they have rigid policies suited according to their own comfort. we were 2 persons on double sharing in 1 room, & they gave only 1 water bottle complimentary while the other bottle was charged. moreover they charge you if you ask for extra chutney also. Hi,
I am staying in this Hotel on Dated 20th Oct, Hotel staff behaviour was not good especially his Manager. No buddy charge for chatni in any hotel but he can charge for chatani also. Totally unsatisfactory behaviour. If any one go there please speak first for it is chargeable or free. Because he can charge any thing without your permission.

had a concern about the safety first as I was with my wife only. but when we reached there, we found out the this hotel is totally safe. hotel was very clean and the rooms were same as they mentioned in photos. bathroom was also great.
