Worst experience ever ..The hotel restaurant pricing is exuberant for the service, quality and quantity of food provided.
I dropped the room key into the lift base. it was very easy to open the cabin and take it out. but the old reception guys made it sound like a big crime and charged a hefty amount in my bill. if something good has to happen good to the hotel, please change the old outdated mannerless fellows from the reception and put some kind youngsters who know how to behave with guests

The rooms were clean, check-in / check-out experience was good, nothing to write home about the food, free parking available, wifi services not utilized, the linen provided were worn/torn and stained, despite me raising a complaint, the ones replaced though without stains were equally worn out and light brown instead of the original white colour.

Good hotel. Located in a part of the city with easy access. The food is excellent and decently priced. The hotel is very accomodative for all the service needed. One of the most pet friendly hotels with very little restrictions.
