okThe service was pathetic and the rooms were very uncomfortable, bathroom knobs weren't working. Most importantly the behaviour of the hotel staff was rude.

The room allotted to us did not have proper hot and cold pipe. Please get it checked

we have booked the room through online.when we entered the reception for check in,reception person replied that he did not see the booking.he made us to wait in the reception almost 30 minutes by 11p.m. totally not happy about the service.room also not good ( inspite of having good rooms).very bad experience

seems menu card rates not valid. menu card for Parrotta rs.80 per plate ( 2pc) , but the collect 120 per plate due to price hike. tv not working

Very nice hotel and staff. Very clean Room and Washroom. Hotel location is good but little bit inside to Highway.
You can stay with your family. Breakfast is complementary if your booked at the time of booking is nice.

Water flow in tape very low.Television not working due to charge .tape was broken.
Not value for money it should be approx 2000/ range only while you have taken 3260
In 2 days ago I stayed in kansone hotel prime location suit room very good overall in Rs3600 same area pallavram chennai

. Very high 4 hour pre check in cost. Almost 50% of the room tariff. Toilet dirty , food served not as per menu card . Reason given was very disappointing .
