Hotel staff was co operative . Yes cleanliness is an issue but since there are no other hotels nearby in osmanabad u can definitely opt to stay here .

Mr. Amol Patil Hotel Incharge dont have enough manners to talk with guest. He was drunk in late evening and attending customers at hotel. He is very much rude to guest coming at hotels. Dont recommend to come with family feels very much unsafe.
This person will make huge loss for this property. I dont recommend to stay at this hotel. No cleanliness and no proper planning.
request hotel owners to take necessary action on Patil otherwise you will loose customers

Totally disappointed experience, stayed with my 75 year old mother and family. Bad smelling rooms,no hot water, rejected request for changing rooms. Before booking, call and confirm about the facilities.

poor housekeeping, no room service. arrogant staff. non-functional cable tv (restored few chanels after persistent follow-up). hot water made available only after continuous reminders, no kettle / bottled water. *nothing super-delux about it* except the size of the room.
