Very good location. Walking distance from prashanti nilayam. Courteous staff. They got good dining options as well. Room is very clean and comfortable for family of 4. Would like to stay there again Good hygiene and bathroom is spacious. Close to temple

Very good hotel to stay. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. Good roof top cafe and gym, although not something which people look for when they come for Darshan but its nice to have a well maintained facilities. Staff is cooperative. Food is bit spicy in restaurant. 3 min walking distance from ashram gate very near to Chaitanya Jyoti and planetarium.

Room service is worst.It tooks 45 minutes to provide two bottles of water that too after 4 calls. Security guards are used to give room service ,amazing room Service.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms are clean, neat and well maintained. However, the breakfast and all restaurant and food service facilities are well below average. I would give only 1 start for the two restaurants.

sai maa hotel has been excellent and has surpassed all my expectations. the staff & hod piyush ji & rishi ji was very wonderful and catered to my every need. the room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order.the food was espacially good. hopefully, i will get similar services in the future too. i will definitely love to visit again.

The Hotel would have been more Customer friendly. When I asked for a discount while directly booking from Hotel, they said discounts are given when you stay for more than a week. I got discounts even for a single day stay in GoIbibo. I booked 3 rooms for 4 days. On the 5th day my train was late in the evening. I booked 2 rooms full day and asked if they can extend the 3rd one for few hours but they declined citing that the rooms were fully booked. When I checked online, there were rooms availa ...more
