When I came for checking in, the hotel was locked from the outside. I tried calling them, but no response.

The receptionist is not available at the time of check in and check out.poor room service.rooms are too darty , even I called them the room service did not come. totally worst of money. please don't choose this lodge.

Horrible experience!2- Veey very bad in cleanliness3- Bathroom door not working3- Bad odour and insects inside the room4- Stains all over the wall and bed5- No proper tv connection6- No room service7- High pricing. 8- Bad and rude staff behavior.

I was given non ac room even i booked an ac room.
The service was also average. The room lock was not opening . Cleanliness was good .

Service was very bad. There was no towel, soap, AC Controller remote. I asked for it at the time of check in still i didn't get it.
They gave me these stuff next day.
