horrible experience, paid 3k for 500 rs standard room. room lock was broken, stopper was fighting for life, had to ask for toiletries, received one for 3 travellers. walls had moisture . Not ok with kids, bedsheet was torn. breakfast was ok with very limited option. Staff was courteous

The room size is good but the service is pathetic. They do not give any importance to the customers. The parking space is very limited. The lift is sometimes not available as it is used by others to move the food items, water etc as the building is shared with others. The idly we had during breakfast wasn't cooked well. The water bottles at the breakfast seemed to be already used as I saw none of them sealed. Maybe they used the left over bottles from the parties in their banquet hall. Giving 2 stars only for the room size.

hotel has underground car parking. i made a overnight halt during a road trip. over experience and service were good. hotel also provided nice complimentary breakfast.

The front office always keep teaching rules. Not a guest friendly place. They behave as if they are providing free service. The next morning breakfast is the ultimate deal breaker.

Adilabad being a small town didn't expect hotel to be this nice. Very nice hotel and well maintained as of today. Food is the only dissatisfaction.
