I asked to pay Deposit amount. When I asked reason for the deposit they saying it is our hotel policy. If that is the hotel policy why goibibo not mentioned it. Also the re ceptionist was very rude insulted me for asking the deposit reason.

I wanted inform I will arrive late and request for late check in, but when I call the landline phone number no one picks the phone from the hotel.Then I found a mobile number from google which worked. The TV is not switching on in the room. There was NO bed sheets in the room, I had to call service to get it. The bedsheet quality is worst and was not comfortable at all. There is no internet Wi-Fi in the room. The car parking is underground of the property and the shutters closed when I arrived. ...more

internet not available in room. location inconvenient for vegetarians as no restaurants, coffee shops nearby. hotel also collected a deposit of Rs500 which was not mentioned in the booking rooms were clean and value for money
