Good hotel, renovated neat and clean room, Breakfast was tastey. only drawback is service, if you call for any requirements they will pass on the telephone extension numbers , ovoroll good hotel

The room service was not good. I had to make multiple calls for getting water, glass and toiletries. We did not get a call to have the complimentary breakfast and the room service did not confirm if the coffee they brought to our room was part of the breakfast package. The AC temperature was stuck at 24°C. The TV had only local regional channels. No Good Night provided and so we had a disturbed sleep because of mosquitos.

I have shared the pillow photo very pathetic. Their service is very bad especially double occupancy rooms they are not keeping 2 soaps like that. They are keeping only one you have to ask if required. You have to ask water bottles also they didn't refill water bottles the next day if you continue next day providing 500 ml only not even 1Litre. They are keeping a coffee maker and kept only two milk powders which you can't even use for one time coffee if double occupancy. Overall for /- rupees not worth.

I had worst experience and not worth for money. This given as a 3 star hotel however it is like a normal lodge. Room is filled with ac duct water when we woke in the morning. Such a badly maintained hotel.

don't waste your money. lot of bed bugs. old hotel. restaurant will be open at 9.00 a. bathroom is with insects. lot of mosquitoes.
