Bad experience, with no amenities- no housekeeping, no TV, No kitchen availability ( 2 days kitchen was not active because of gas cylinder)
Swad restaurant above hotel samay charged us 40/- for boiling our water.

Received more facilities than what i had spent for. It's one of the most affordable, safe, decent, pleasant places. Had family type ambience, staff was super supportive.

The bed sheets had wholes in it. No proper support at the time of check in. The TV was not working and electric switch were hanging, the staff said ther is a problem with the TV. Good location but poor maintenance and service

Location is good. Food is fine. Service staff is also good. However, the front desk guy in the morning shift was not friendly and courteous. He asked for money for 2 water bottles supplied in the room. I said it’s not about money, but water is provided complimentary and it is written in our booking voucher also. But he kept on arguing ’ab kya main ye bhi likh k btaunga k paani ka paisa lagega’. Minus this behavior, hotel is a good budget hotel.

It is centrally located having good connectivity. It is a old hotel. All the things eg flooring,furniture, fixtures etc are very old. They need renovation.
The washroom was not clean.seat of the pot was broken.service persons are polite.

I have not taken any photos. The room had no leg space, no side table, no cupboard for keeping the luggage. We were compelled to eat on the bed, spread luggage on the bed. Multipurpose.
