We had a nice stay overall, but there was one problem: the water pressure in the washroom tap of room 103, where we stayed, was very low.

Neat and clean stay. Away from hustle bustle of the city. Would not recommend for August as it is not that much cold in Dharamshala and AC rooms are not there. Food is great at reasonable price. Management can be lil bit more organised. Overall good experience.

1. Waiting for one hour in the morning when we checked in. No one was there to open the hotel gate. We had to find out the owner/manager by asking the locals. 2. The hotel felt unsafe since there were no staff and no other guests staying at the hotel. We felt scared first time at a hotel. 3. The bed is short in length. 4. There was no one to attend the call at the reception. We gave up on getting on any guest service.

We were shifted to hotel buddha himalayan brothers As there were some issues with the sampdupling branch. But it was a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and polite and the charges are worthy enough. The view from the top was worth watching.
