The view and location is good. However, the washroom tiles and construction is an old one. The rooms should be more luxurious to be value for money.

The property was good, nice behaviour of staff, the only thing concerned is for breakfast policy they should update in advance what all menu items are included in free paid breakfast what are not,
also the worst part is they charged me for my Baby milk, I travelled every year once or twice at different locations no one has charged me for this. rest all is good at their place..

They didn’t have the mindset of someone (elderly) need to go washroom with western seat facility and they should politely permit instead they refused that bluntly. This wasn’t good.
Need to give checkout time 12 if check in is 12 or 1 pm.

this is a good average hotel to stay in Mount abu. it is a bit from nakki Lake and main tourist points so you will have spent Rs 150-200 every time to travel one way. The hotel was clean but we had issues with small insects in the bathroom which we complained about but there was no action for it. Also we had opted for breakfast but since we were the only one with breakfast booking they did not keep a buffet and gave us some pre-defined options also on request Jain food was not served stating you did not specify earlier facing some inconvenience. Overall it was an average stay.

property was good,only 10 rooms property,8 people staff,small dinning area,parking is safe,rooms also.good in budget, toilets were ok,toiletry was not upto mark,towels were not upto,food we ordered was nice in budget.nice stay for 1 night with family,property have good garden area,..all over 8 points to property.
