बहुत बुरा होटल है कोई बुक नहीं करना नहीं तो पछताओगे मेरे जैसा मैने बुक किया था ac room और ac चलाया ही नहीं बोल दिया के सीजन नहीं है और और भी बहुत सी बाते है

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD
quilts (rajai) was dirty he refused to give an extra one....walls were broken from different spots...bedsheet was yuck smelling...tv was not in condition to start...and staff was like ham kya kare seth ji chillate he to BHAI KHOL KYU RAKHA HE HOTEL...all over it was really a worst stay i ever had ..
It took 30 minutes just to provide quilt nd two water bottles....extremely disappointed

I booked 2 tripple bed non ac room. The rooms are very small and damp in 2nd floor. Ac was not working properly,even in 23 temperature it is not cooling in 1st room. In first room, toilet flush is not working, bathroom door is not closing, drawers are not closing. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes. They have provided mortin instead of all out. These doesn't go well in ac room because it got really insuffocable in a closed room. In 2nd room,they have provided 5bedroom instead of 3bed, without ...more

Great location, great food at the hotel, rooms where very nice, comfortable beds, close to shopping centre, friendly staff - I would recommend this place to friends and family.
