If you are booking non-AC rooms, please choose standard non-AC rooms. I have booked a deluxe non-ac room; it is a bit congested, and you won't have a balcony. The fan is not running fast.
When it comes to safety, I will prefer this, and the maintenance is very good. If you want hot water, they are providing it.
Please ensure the communication is clear before checking in.

Decent and clean rooms but slightly old. Clean bathroom. Staff are very friendly, reception staff is professional and supportive especially room service guys. Will book again.
