Breakfast is not good. Location wise there is no public transport available near by. No network for phone calls.
No network for phone calls. Only whatsapp calling with wifi that to doesn't work well.

worst experience at hotel sanai. outdated hotel it is. wastage of money. no service was available, Air conditioner was so noisy. couldn't allow us to sleep. in bathroom the exhaust fan was even more noisy. television was also not working.

Hotel structure and facilities are good and worth if you get room around .... Only problem is maintenance which is missing in Rooms. Also its restaurant Sai Garden has very bad quality food, so better eat outside.

Overall a clean, safe and good place to stay, however would recommend including complementary water bottles or provision of serving RO purified water in view of reduction in single use plastic bottles.

horrible service at the restaurant. one man show....waiter,Cashier,server all done by only one person. we wasted 2hrs at Restaurant.Room service from restaurant not available. phone only keeps ringing at restaurant.
dint have a convincing stay. not worth the price.

The hotel is OK but cleanings ,room service is very poor comparison to charges no yfy,no TV connection .overall expense is vary bad.

Room service is good but swimming pool is not good and reception do not provide proper information. Swimming pool timing should be communicated properly. Food is also delicious.
