One of the worst maintained homestays i had ever seen till date.
The experience is pathetic.
Never travel to this homestay with family or friends or even if visiting single.
The rooms are not properly maintained, curtains are filthy, there is seepage on the walls, they have used newspapers to cover windows.
Highly unhygienic conditions

Host was great. location was awesome in backdrop of mountains. Bhagsunag is close to this place.
View was awesome from the windows. Best comfy and cosy rooms.

I recently stayed at Sandeep Homestay in McLeodganj with my friends/colleagues (a group of 7 girls), and it was a wonderful experience. We had booked three rooms—two with triple beds and one with a double bed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-ventilated, making our stay very comfortable.
The staff was incredibly cooperative and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had. They even provided us with essentials like towels, soaps, and a dustbin in each room. All of this came ...more

The rooms were good, spacious and clean but parking your own car was a big hassle. They have good space for parking but taking your car there was very difficult though a very steep and slightly broken stretch of road. The washroom in the double-bed room is also very small with no space to take a bath. Otherwise, the hotel was good, with good Wifi speed and good restaurants nearby. It's at walking distance from Bhagsu Temple.

it was a nice stay.
The hotel is located near the Bhagsunag taxi stand and you can explore the Bhagsu market and all. Macleodganj is 1.4 kms from here you can reach there by taxi or Auto. The location is good and room is also clean.
only problem is small bathroom.

Very nice place to stay. Cottage owner Sandeep Ji and his brother are very friendly and helpful in guiding about the locations. Cottege is surrounded by lot of Pine trees. The food they served is very tasty and price is reasonable. Overall very pleasant stay.
