it's a centrally located and having nice ambience... only the passage of the hotel r even odd...so luggage have to lift... better if it's in sync them luggage can be take easily... rest all r good...

Rooms were clean and tidy and full of amenities. Got immediate help with medical assistance at night from hotel team as i was not feeling well. As most of the services in the town are closed post 7 pm, They escorted me to hospital and stayed with me the entire time till midnight. They followed up on my health till i checked out from hotel. It was overwhelming. Kudos to the entire team. Never seen such extraordinary service that too without charging a single penny.

pros: hotel location is great. staffs are efficient, service is very good. good gymnasium with instructor. Good in house dinining. very fast complementary wifi internet.
cons: rooms are small and not well ventilated. though all amenities available.
the property is very close to Kangla fort, nupi kheitel market, Nehru dance academy, football stadium all are in walking distance.

location is easily accessible.
Hospitality was good and food was good.
Hygiene is given priority in all areas, very supportive in arranging cabs for local travels and sightseeings.

So far this is the best hospitality I have received in a hotel I have ever travelled to and I travel a lot... the hotel is in the market place and you can go for shopping in the nearby shops. The food is amazing. The rooms and amnesties are one of its kind. The staff is extremely polite, humble and professional. Overall had a very pleasant stay and an amazing experience.
