The location was really nice, but the property was very unclean. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all.
Basic cleanliness wasn't maintained, no brooming or moping of the common areas, washrooms had old fixtures. For the cost we paid it wasn't worth it.

It was an amazing stay at hotel, rooms were built in old architecture, will give you feeling of British period.
Property is situated and expanded in all directions gives you scenic views.

i had a great stay
pros
-clean room and washroom
-room was spacious with a table for two and enough storage units for luggage
-balcony view was nice but was not able to enjoy it that much because of the fog
-fast room service
-everything in complimentary breakfast was fresh and great in taste
cons
-heater is written in the facilities provided but it was chargeable
-there was some continuous noise coming from the roof which made it hard to sleep

The absolute worst experience of my life staying at any hotel in the world. Everything possible was bad on different level.
-Rude & non cooperative staff
-Overpriced food for the taste
-Absolutely no hospitality
-Monkeys enter the room and take away your stuff
-Staff expects us to do things their way or else it doesn't happen
-Staff wants you to come to their property by the car they allow
& more things.

Awesome stay. the location is very peaceful and the front reception is always helpful. Especially Yogesh made our stay more comfortable by ensuring everything is managed well. The breakfast and facilities were very nice. I will stay here again next time.

Never come to this hotel . It's a worst hotel . Suoer bad experience. No water since 2 days. I dont know how they are managing their guests .

Nice and lovely behaviour by the manager and all the staff. Food was delicious. Location was absolute for all. Must visit once.
