Excellent service given by hotel staff. Rooms and bathroom are clean and well settled. and they also provide vehicle for traveling in panchmari. Good for Couples.

Hotel is amazing with friendly staff service. The room was quite good, from the rooftop of the hotel u get to see an amazing pachmarhi overview.

the room was at the basement, where no network was available. So the hotelier provided another room in other hotel for which he was expecting me to pay at the time of check out ( he never told me at the time of shifting about the charges) which I strongly protested. As it was a very pick season it was difficult to find other hotel. Tough the hotelier tried to convince me to take Gypsy fir the site seeing, the charges told by them were almost twice as what are offered by MPTDC. Overall it was not a good experience.
