Very good hotel and overall experience is good. Hotel is nearby main market area and very good location. Staff is very supportive & good behaviour.
Very good hotel for family stay. Rooms are very neat & clean.

I amade the booking prior and checked in at 2PM yet the room is not cleaned correctly.
The toilet sear has stains and there is leftover food on floor while they said ghey cleaned but still food pieces are on floor.
There is some stain on toilet seat and the manager is saying that it's an old toilet so stains are natural.
Im still waiting for them to get cleaned. But highly disappointed

never visit if have family and goods as noone is available for check out time. you need to load your your own. LOTS OF BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE NEARBY.

Price is too high but room is too unhygienic and even asked for mattress chane but not proper they have replaced.
staff polite bt they have to work on hotel services. But food was tasty.

pathetic experience , below are points wherein hotel can improve it.1. service is very poor.2. pillow and bed sheets were stincky.3. bathroom was full of flith.4. there were make shift arrangement with full of rust in bathroom fittings.
