Hotel Santeria inn is couples and family friendly hotel, Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Best hotel in town.

Don't go to this place if you have any dignity.Right from entry into the building till the rooms, this place is absolute dirt. This is located on third floor, every floor has spitting remarks. Even lift has spitting remarks.Disgusting washrooms, basin.Stains on bedsheets, pillows. Pathetically foul smell. Cockroaches running on all walls. Spitting stains on walls as well..I couldn't stand in this hotel even for 10 mins. I booked another hotel by sacrificing my payment made to them.Nobody would stay there even if it is offered for free..A dirtiest place I have ever seen. Horrible.

l like my stay because of: The hotel and rooms are neat and clean.. direct entry from basement parking.. full safety and security... The hotel staff is good and cooperative.. easy check in process.. The best stay option for couples and family.. Hotel rooms are well equipped like AC, Smart TV, Faster WiFi, attached washroom.. clean bedsheet & duvet and big king size bed With Good Quality Mattress... Sumup all the factor for hotel stay good hotel stay option in surat is Hotel Santeria Inn... strongly recommended for couples and family

Good hotel for couples and family.. Very comfortable stay, Provide privacy and safety, Easy check in, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.
