access to the hotel is from the mall, there are no signages directing us, unprofessional staff, clenliness is so average. There is restaurant, don't fall for their free breakfast scam. I would suggest check for other properties. Keep this aa your last priority.

1. This Hotel isn't absolutely worth for the price it is offered.
2. Service issue
3.TV wasn't working
4 No complimentary Water bottles provided
5.No running hot water
6. Worn out linen
7. Big rooms so Ac capacity wasnt sufficient
8 In complementary breakfast you will be offered only one dish that is prepared ( we got Puri Kurma) no tea or coffee
9. This doesn't belong to Novotel group

This Hotel Service is very bad & also very poor, Bathroom is like a toilet Room, Hot water is not available in the toilet. Drinking water is not provided, there is no Glass to drink water, morning complimentary Breakfast was not served till morning 9.0 AM, we did not continued our stay on 2nd day. Hotel authority did not provided Hotel Bill on request they refused. our total stay experience is very bad.

There is no staff at hotel, even no complimentary water provided by hotel, in this child atmosphere hot water not available , Bathroom is full with spiders. Over all very bed experience and no value for money.
