The hotel is surrounded by so much conjuncted area, so I was not able to come out even from the car. The area is not good. I don't suggest this hotel to stay, even if you are single, It's a bad experience. Even this hotel is not able to get one star experience is too much bad. I will never suggest anybody to go in this hotel.

Very good hotel with polite staff. Location is prime all area access from hotel. Near by bus stand and close to railway station. Rooms are clean and bathroom. Hot water running 24 hours. In morning time got delicious breakfast in room service. Highly recommended hotel for good stay. Staff politeness and cleanness.

It was good experience as I booked for 3 person double bed room with extra bedding I requested but they offered 3 Bed room for us with same price. Morning Breakfast was awesome & Staff was polite & helpful with all manners. Cheers to Hotel Sapphire..

Hotel is average. No facility to hot drinking water and make a tea. Cupboard was dirty. Not upto mark as per price paid
