staff was very rude and unprofessional. i have made a booking for 4 people and they gave only 2 towel and when i asked they deny to provide more and room service was very low

Hotel is walking distance from Fogla ashram on main road . Walking distance to Iskcon temple . Though AC was not doing much cooling . Wifi was fine . Best oart was breakfast, taste was good for the breakfast options they provided . Staff is good and this is the second time i booked it and was absolutely satisfying. Surely recommending to all . They genuinely listened to problems and sorted out on priority.

There are some positive and little negative points as well, but the main thing is service and staff behaviour is very good, they talk very respectfully and well mannered that I liked the most, bedding and cleaning is also good, I just deduct 1 point because of maintenance, like in washroom the shower was not working and they provide very little bucket, I requested many time but they said we can't change, on the other hand white wash was not good, locker was not working, but these are the little ...more
