Had a great stay at this property during my visit to Chennai.
The room I stayed was spotless, compact, clean and very well maintained. Couple friendly too.
Breakfast(buffet) was also good.
The receptionist was also very polite and made my checkin process Smooth at late night.

I was on my own. There were two problems: one, they provided a landline number that never received a response, and they had a mobile number that did, but they were unable to assist me with early check-in, which is okay. Additionally, there was a microphone problem with my room phone, which they are aware of but are unable to fix, though occasionally they send staff to inquire.

No kitchen available. Need to go out side. Breakfast is ok. Location is inside from main road. Room and bathroom are smaller in size.
