I checked out within the first 30 mins of my arrival.
An experience should not compromise on safety. Even thought the place may suite the aesthetic taste buds of people but the risk to stay there even for a night is going to take it away. I am not pointing out at the management but to the mices, ants and lizards I was sharing the space with.
I have spoken to the Saraya Hotel Management, they have promised to refund my money. So requesting you to kindly process my refund.

Had a memorable stay at saraya. Diksha and her team are ever so helpful, warm and friendly. The eco stay is a must try who want to experience sustainable and natural living. Not for the faint hearted. special mention for
the food, it’s great but the pizzas & gluten free are tops !!

It was a fun experience living in Saraya Mud houses. They are nice and cool ( literally also). The cafe is fantastic. the preparation is simple and delicious. Pizzas from their wood fired owen are mouthwatering!!!

Wonderful stay..sooper awesome people.. from the owner to volunteers and helpers.. food is something just order anything blindly and you will love it.. such a beautiful place with all greens and esp. taking care of environment by their eco ways.. would highly recommend :)
we liked everything from our comfortable stay to food and people.

Had a realy bad experince , we had our chk in time at 12 am , but the staff informed us to wait for 45 min ,as the rooms wer not yet cleaned .so we chked around 1 pm , the next day we had to chk out 11 am , but we requested them for one hour delay of chk in the staff was realy rude , & orderd us to lv at 11.am , ...
wash room is realy dirty with so many insects
Lot of mosquitos ,,
Rain water was spiling inside the room ..
not well maintained !

Saraya is one of the very peaceful and place for nature lovers..Eco Mud house and tree house.. both are fantastic.
