The stay was okay. The weather was great and the resort was well maintained in terms of greenery and cleanliness. There is a lot of scope of improvement in the Service. Waiters missed items in the order, delay in serving, wrong billing of items are some of the goof ups we faced. Checkout experience was pathetic, we had to wait 45 mins to clear the bills and people at the reception seemed clueless in most situations.

food was good resort was good but the swimming pool was used by 14-15 college guys for 2-3 hours on day of check in and morning of checkout also for which reception didn't took any action to take care of the convenience of other families also activity room was not there which was promised at time of booking , table tennis etc was not there

We had a fantastic family trip at this hotel. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, and the staff's hospitality was exceptional. Conveniently located just 5 kms from the safari start point, it's the most reasonably priced resort in the area. While weekend dining was excellent, the weekday food could have been improved. Overall, a great stay with welcoming staff and proximity to the safari adventure. There are some great activities within the hotel premises to enjoy as a family.

It was not a very up to the mark place. The pictures do not match the real place. We booked a premiere room as the cottages seemed really small but according to the price paid it was not even half of what we expected. The place needs to really work on maintaining the living spaces. Food was also very terrible and did not seem edible. Very large and green resort. Food is tasty but variety can be improved. Nice and courteous staff. Furniture in the room needs improvement.

The staff is courteous and very helping. The manager Mukesh Ji is a gem of a person. He also went out of his way to arrange the safari for us- a pick up and drop at the hotel. The pool is good, and I had heard bad reviews about the food in the previous reviews posted here - however on the contrary, I found the food very delicious and to my taste. it is only 10 minutes away from the gate of the sariska sanctuary. very good property. There are evening games as well around the bonfire. Safety, Bonfire Games and courteous, helping staff.
