For cleaniness I should give in negative. Even the basic clean is not there, floors, walls all are dirty. I booked this hotel because of the location but didn't expect this much worst. Thankfully my friend booked in TTD room, so I vacated and stay with my friend. Didn't even bother to ask for refund.

Pros: Near to bus stand and railway station
Cons: Parking is very limited. Too aged building. They mentioned mineral water in the amenities. But didn't get it.

Booked rooms in Sarovar and when I visited to check in, they have denied it. The receptionist saying to me to cancel it from my end. Very worst experience from this hotel, but Goibibo provided alternative room.

Location is in main road, so that is the main advantage. They can do better. If we are going with elderly parents, this place is not an option as there is no lift and proper bathroom facilities

This is my 4th in this hotel.Good and helpful staffs. Cleaned room and toilets. Good location, very near to bus stand. Will come back again.

It is not in one's nature to criticize but there is nothing about this hotel that one can praise.Located at a prime place,the guests check in unwillingly,as i did,and must regret as long as they live here.But,hey,there is always another option.Expect No towels.No soap."Unlookable toilet" etc

The stay at Hotel Sarovar was very bad. The toilets were very untidy and cockroaches were also there. They also refused to give the tax invoice at the time of checkout.
