Overall bad experience, ill maintained property. Room below average, looking at hotel not worth the amount of money they r charging... Food is bad .very limited buffet options

Horrible experience with shabby rooms, very very low on maintainence, stinking carpets, lift door making wierd sounds & to top it poor housekeeping.

Reception guys have no smile on their faces.... they make u feel uninvited ... room services are good and prompt.. being a frequent traveller and almost all the stays are star categories , I can vouch that the most unwelcome attitude can be seen here . Normally I don’t comment but had to ..

Hotel is nice based on brand,
When hotel is in high altitude they have keep good room heater, Heater is pathetic, we have paid money for extra bed , SOFA converted to extra bed it is not good atall we had severe back ache.

THE HOTEL IS ONLY ONE IN BADRINATH WITH GOOD SERVICE OFFERED BY STAFF AT THE HIGH ALTITUDE WHICH IS AT PAR FROM ANY OTHER HOTELS IN BADRINATH.

Around 1KM from Mandir. There are heated blankets as it gets very cold in night. It helps. Food was average. There were not many items for breakfast considering it is Sarovar chain hotel and is expensive. Rest all was good.
