Nice hotel... In room dining service is poor and rooms are bit small... other than this the service and staff is great 👍

Pathetic Stay Booked hotel for 2 days .They asked me to check out after 1 day stay .Had a long fight on the reception as they gave 1 room to two guests without proper checking . Contacted to make my trip As I was from Kanpur really tired not in the condition to find out another room . Irresponsible staff Need proper management

Pathetic experience booked 2 day stay but they asked me to check out after one day and go somewhere else .After a long talk and fight they realised their irresponsible behaviour and gave me second day room . Inexperienced staff need to improve

Extremely disappointed I had two days booking .After one day stay they asked me to check out and gave my room to another person.After a long fight with manager I got my room back . Ruining the reputation of Sarovar franchise Needs improvement as staff is untrained and unprofessional.

Got booking and 1 person is by mistake not added. Hotel staff was good but Goibibo didnt help me nor hotel. So I didn't like it. I left using Goibibo app for my major bookings
