I would have given a single star due to the behavior of the night reception staff. But the morning staffs and managers were very polite and helpful, especially during breakfast they took special care in serving, very homely. Amenities were good but ambience at night did not make me feel safe. I felt unsafe as the front office reception person acted weirdly when I checked in at night. *disappointing stay: attention to detail lacking* i recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues with the room. upon entering the room, i was surprised to find that basic toiletries were not provided. a cursory glance around the room revealed several other problems, including a dirty curtain, a duvet that was not properly placed, and an insufficient supply of water bottles for a double occupancy room. to make matters worse, ...more

A customer friendly and professionally managed Hotel. It left me with a good experience. The room was very nice and cosy with a small living room with couch and table. The service was also prompt and quick. They allow outside food which is a very good policy as the location of this hotel has some very good eating options nearby.
