The geyser malfunctioned, failing to provide hot water even after being turned on for an hour. Additionally, the bathroom's drainage system was inadequate, causing water to remain stagnant rather than flow properly into the sewage system. Despite raising these issues with the management, no action was taken to address them. Considering the cost for a single night, the experience did not meet expectations. Although the resort offers picturesque views, the quality of service was disappointing.

The stay was decent but considering the amount paid it is expensive the location where it is situated is very inconvenient and doesn't seem to be safe. The food was good but seemed to be over priced.The staff were courteous and polite.
