they didnât provide water to drink after multiple requests and for bottled water they charged over mrp, plus gst. on questioning they were rude and answered sarcastically. just an average overpriced stay.

I was very happy with the rooms. Please note that there is no elevator. Also restaurant service is very slow. Apart from that, everything is fine.

its not a comfort or luxury hotel .. rooms were ok .. not bad . there was no lifts in this place making people , especially senior citizens to climb up the stairs ..

The rooms are very spacious. We reached the hotel before check in time and could keep our baggage in lobby. The complimentary breakfast timings are late since most people prefer going to temples a little early

Good place to stay and staff are courteous. Only thing is we had to remind for Soap , Shampoo and Towels; Also, they have limited items - maximum 2 items for breakfast. They should have provided atleast 4/5 items - say Idli, Dosa, Upma , Poori , Poha,Paratha, Vada etc., The items provided were of good quality and delicious. They may try to provide more items for breakfast instead of 2 and also provide toiletries on daily basis by 12 noon or so for people staying for 4/5 days.

Frequent Power cuts , Very Limited breakfast items (to be precise only 2 items ). No Soap or shampoo was given. Only Merit of the Hotel is near its by Saryu ghat and Lata Mangeshkar Chowk
