room was good but not clean enough. strains on bed sheets and pillows like they are being used by someone else. the staff is not professional, have a bad attitude.

he took 1000 rupees more for early check in.
and u haven't mentioned. that no smoking and alcohol is not allowed inside. for that also he charges fines. so we can't take anything. it's not like a hotel I booked. it's a jail I booked.

stay was horrible. it’s not a hotel, a PG. there’s no service desk, no arrangements for me neither TV, nor WiFi was working and when I asked WiFi issue to be resolved, I was told the best they can do is inform service provider and when I pressed I was asked to vacate. Thankfully they cancelled my stay and I got the refund without any fuss. Not recommended for this budget. there are much better option with ac and better services.
