I booked this hotel few days back, I reached the hotel by 12.10 am. One stupid at the reception told me that u would have come before 12 am. But u didn't come. So i gave the room to someone. I ask him to arrange some other room, he took 2 hrs for that. He told that his norms is he can give room to someother if the guest was not check-in till 12 am. No decent hotel is doing this silly business. Staff at the reception was very worst and such a irritating fellow. If u book this hotel and due to so ...more

old hotel with creaking infrastructure... it used to be good but with so many new hotels with better facility - you can choose others... staffs are great though - trying to help out - as always...

this is worst hotel I have stayed, small rooms dirty towels, bedding, bathroom taps not working and stinking rooms, the worst I have ever stayed
