This trip to Pachmarhi was worst experience.I lives in Bhopal and usually come to pachmarhi for weekends .This time I booked after seen this property photos which is posted was very alluring but every thing here is just opposite of it. Trust my words no cleanness, no hygiene even the tenet are like placed unattended since ages. No room service since only 2 staff available for service in which one was the manager and other one was his help to manage entire property Now putting this review to end ...more

everything was good but there is no kitchen in the camping and there is no room heater apart from bone fire ,otherwise all good with nature beauty

Worst service I have ever received. particularly there is a guy named Karlos, he is absolutely unprofessional. He was very rude from the very start. Apart from this, no food service after 10.30, hotel workers are confused about whether they can serve non veg or not. Most pathetic hotel I have ever seen. waste of money.

the place was clean and tidy. the staff was also gentle and polite.
the place is surrounded by the serene beauty of the lush green jungle of satpura.
the location is also awesomely placed at the bank of a lake to accomodate yourself with the devine nature.
