I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. The rooms were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The ventilation in the rooms was poor, making the stay uncomfortable, and one of the fans in my room was not working properly. Housekeeping was inadequate and didn't seem to address any of the issues. Additionally, the hotel charged extra for parking, which seemed unreasonable given the lack of amenities offered. For the price charged, I expected much better service and cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here.

The room allocated was spacious but the windows didn't have railing which raised safety concerns. I didn't feel safe.

Nice hotel to stay in Pachmarhi. location is near market. Pure vegetarian restaurant is near 100 meter distance. Hotel reception person are very cooperative. Service is very fast. Room is neat and clean. Hot water facility is available. Good for couple. Room is ok.

No canteen, No tea, No breakfast was provided. Instead, they asked for extra money. Not recommended..We changed the room coz the room provided us was without a window or any security. Congested..Not up to the mark basically. Before this hotel I have been to many hotels and motels. But this experience was worst.

hotel is good and staff I had not faced any problems. hotel is easily accessible and even staff is very supportive.need to maintain some more cleanness in hotel rooms.
