Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was good. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.

tough to locate, poor service, no restaurant, poor quality of food, no attention to customers. neatness is good. no change of linen. value for money is not there.

Very very third class stay in my life , worst experience supper dirty room , very very poor quality service ..... waist my money and my trip to Delhi .... very sad .... ples don't keep this kind of room in your list

Some pros - good location, near by station and Nizamuddin dargah, clean rooms. Cons- 1) No lift so if your are travelling with elderly forget about this hotel, they will make you climb steep 3 floors. 2) poor service - phones not working for everything you need to order you to go down 3 floor and ask for it. 3) when asked for bucket for bathroom, staff plainly refused. 4) water heater was not working, imagine your condition in Delhi’s 6 degree temperature. Overall go if you have some work near by and need a hotel in vicinity, otherwise avoid.
