It doesn't meet the criteria of 3-Star hotel. Furniture is very old and in bad position. Staff is nice.

Our overall experience in hotel was worst. star rating of hotel is just opposite. Not happy with the property, key bad experience such as poor quality of food, insects on bed, toilets etc, rude staff, tv not working, toilet/bathroom taps leaked, water blockages in bathroom, broken beds, hard bed mattress, unhygienic bed sheets, bedding, dirty stains everywhere in the room such as sofa, bed sheets, toilet, floor etc. Beware don't waste of your money. This hotel stay not worth more than per day. Standard Rooms are at basement having too much suffocation as well.

Good arrangements done by hotel team for my son's first birthday. Room size, food quality, and services are really amazing.Manager Mr. Sahil, took a great care of our stay.I will highly recommend Satyam hotel if you want a pleasant stay away from the city Chaos.

Booked from goibibo for our Honeymoon trip. Hotel made a very good surprise for us. Clean linen and nicely made room was allotted. View from our room was ice on the cake. Hotel is 10 mins of beautiful scenic drive from mall road and is situated on a great location. Special thanks to Mr. Sahil and Satyam team for making our trip memorable.

Its really horible to stay in this hotel , as hotel managment forcefully change our alloted rooms to shift another guest. Thir staff including manger was very unmannered and due to such mismanagment our entire trip was spoiled

Travelled with Family. Location was good. Room had age old furniture which should be upgraded. Broken mirror, bed was buldging to break from side and table was also broken. Above that washbasin drain pipe was choked...food was good and room service was not that bad either, this was the consolation I got.

worst hotel I ever seen. dirty rooms. not managed properly. I feel that I make mistake to book a hotel online. their are behavior is not good , who is go there with online booking. I asked manager to change room because of some issue, and he changed but gave another dirty room. please beware to book.
