hotel theek hai range wise lekin mere sath ka experience kharab raha , ac and fan aadhi rat ko band ho gaya , staff ne na hi room change kar k diya nahi sahi response diya better to check and book ,before going booking

As the TV was not working of the hotel and asked the staff of hotel and they did not give satisfaction answer for the same

Check in was terrible. The reception man stated that because my wife's surname was different, we could not be allowed. That's against rules. As it was late, i just showed him my marriage certificate. Check in took 20-25 minutes because the staff was sleepy. I checked at 10:30pm. No wifi provided. Room, towel and chair was dirty. Bathroom jet was broken. Bathroom not safe as there was a hole in the wall. Drinking water provided was stale and not packed drinking water. No one came to pick up luggage.Not safe as bathroom had a hole in the wall. Hotel should be completely avoided.
