i had received a room upgrade offer at the time of booking the room. however, i was not even provided with a coffee kit in the room. when i asked about this, they said it is not provided in your room. i had a very bad experience here.

1. Car Parking space is not enough.
2. Rooms were not clean.
3. Cigar smell all over the rooms and hall.
4. Bathrooms were not clean. Stains found in all corners of bathroom.

The deluxe room size they provided was very small around 120 sq ft although it's clean. We found many bugs in the room and requested to spray insecticides. Anyway staffs are cordial. No parking outside, u hav to park ur car by the road side. Thankgod Lift is available but the automated entrance door stuck many a times.

This is my second visit and Hotel SBS Grand didn't disappoint me this time also. Hotel is easily accessible from the main road and you can find all the daily needs shops and restaurants. Only thing they need to improve is the Wifi which is open network and network speed is little slow. Front office people are nice and responsive.
