The property is old but the staff is good, courteous and helpful. I thought the rates for the hotel is way too high for the property and amenities. The hotel is also classified as 3 star on Goibibo but I would totally disagree.

After reaching there the hotel was closed for repair.
I didn't get accommodation.
so I decided to stay another hotel.
kindly send refund in my account.
in such cases you should inform earlier.

Pethetic experience, room was not good, bathroom also very very bad experience me, its wash basin was fully leaked condition, i don't recommend this hotel anyone. only good ting is restaurant was not bad, its ok.

Pros:
1. Good Location. Located at Marine Drive.
2. Courteous Staff. allowed early checkin.
Cons:
1. Foul damp smell coming from the room.
2. Cigarette packets lying in the room.
3. Needs strict maintenance.
4. Poor hygiene standards, dirty bedsheets, small hair were there on bedsheet and pilllows.
5. Mosquitos in the room.
6. Broken lampshades, curtains.
Overall 2/5. Not recommended at ~2000 per night.
