The hotel reception person asked for my mobile and told me to open the message.
When I gave him mobile he opened the message he replied the rating as 5 excellent without asking me and even before showing me the room. Beds had stain. Bed Covers were not washed were dirty and ugly. room service boys behavior was great arranged my food even at night 11.

They charge extra without even telling me , and called it early access. Its not fare to do , should show some decency

Better to call the hotel and book offline, you will get a better deal. Rooms were OK OK. We had booked basic rooms.

2.Clean room and bathroom also and hot water available in the morning time
3. also have resturant
4.Well connected with road network, easily approachable with good restaurants near by area and tourist place also in near by area
