Rooms not as good as shown in promotional pics.. Food is of low quality.. Reception sitting common area is dirty.. Dirty cushions on chairs. Not worth, value for money. At that price point I can get better options.. security is very poor.. no manager & no security guard at night. But Overall good location and great views..Please , don't suggest such properties to me..

I booked this property for a staycation with my friends with ab assumption of having a luxury and comfortable stay. On the contrary, this property is a huge DISAPPOINTMENT. 1. Super dingy rooms 2. Away from main mall road 3. Highly expensive food 4. Very high in prices as compared to the benefits and services Net - NO VALUE FOR MONEY The only positive point about this property is that their helpers are good and polite. I won't recommend booking Seclude Mussoorie. Smallest room size

Great Experience 🙂. Everything was good. best services. Employee of hotel 🏨 was very polite. Also, the hotel is very clean, They were very polite. Also the food quality was very good ☺️

Dont go by the pictures uploaded by the hotel. Its not that great. The pictures portray an image of a huge compound and rooms. It is not so. Food is quite bad and breakfast buffet is pitiful. The worst part is the fact that they dont give water bottles in your room. When you ask them for it they give you room temp water bottles with no labels on them. Fabulous and great experience with seclude mussoorie. First, staff is too good , helpful and very polite specially Sachin , i was very happy with this hotel staff. Hotel location was too good and very natural, I am an artist i saw hotel's rooms interiors was too beautiful and artistic. Table , chairs design was natural and beautiful.
