Ridiculous service! Poor ambience! Very poor cleanliness! Above all no one has any sense awareness about COVID-19! I have not seen anyone wearing mask right from the the security, front desk, room service and worst case is when i went to report to the Manager he was not wearing the mask! All fittings are very old and nit functional. A local lodge would have been better and I now suspect the star ratings! Not sure who validates these! I wouldn't even rate this as 1 star hotel! Please never choose this hotel! My visit was a spiritual family trip
