Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is small but clean. Location is good. Ground staff is courteous.
Reception and Management are non responsive. Requests are not attended on time. We made three requests and and it took a lot of follow-up to get two of them serviced. The additional mattress provided was without blanket and our request for either blanket or additinal sheet was not serviced. On every follow-up, response was it will be provided in sometime but it never came.

the experience was very bad the flesh and shower was not working and the behaviour of staff was horrible also they ask for extra 500 rs for coming early

the room was pathetic..as soon as we entered the lizard we saw...insects , were on the bed... bedsheet was not clean...

Staff is reliable. Rooms are clean and tidy. Everyone speaks politely and are very responsive. All over it was a good stay for a few days.

Rooms bed sheet stinks and bathroom also smells.I had to ask for freshners.Bathroom quality is not class.Breakfast only south indian.
