So here's my honest review. Overall experience was amazing. Property was great! Reducing 1 star only for the front reception guys, Mr Mayank and Mr Pradeep - dealing with them was not satisfactory and warm experience, specially with Mr Mayank. The local staff was amazing. Naming a few people whom I encountered during my visit- Mr Ganesh (uncle who took us on mountain top for evening snacks), Mr Vishal Verma (hotel manager), Mr Santosh (helped in setting bonfire on request) and (other local people too) had been extremely helpful.

If you want to go for just relaxation it is the best place to visit...all greenery all around..well maintained and lake is cherry on a cake.. Antique things in the resort are really awesome...feels like you are in another era..
Staff are very co operative and well mannered...breakfast was delicious..Rustic cottage was specious and wonderful...
Only one complaint is that 20 Rs.mineral water was sold at 52 Rs.its too costly...
Highly recommended to visit the place.
It is not much crowded..have our privacy..

Serendipity was good few concerns are there:
1. In standard room there was no common table. So room dining was bit difficult.
2. Appropriate lights were not there in room in night there was darkness in room.
3. Breakfast buffet with no variety. considering pricing of the resort breakfast was not at par.

Serendipity Resorts is a beautiful property worth visiting and having a quality time. It’s very serene and green. The staff is also very courteous. They also conduct a lot of activities for the engagement of guests.

resort is good but the rooms was not upto the mark. it was needed renovation. bath fittings was also very old.
plus point staff was very polite.
