The stay was good although the booking didn’t cover the early check in charges and early check out charges, this had to be payed on top of the standard booking offered

Only solo men should use this hotel. It is not value for money. The owner is bad and greedy for money.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Serenity Inn in Bangalore! The room and bathroom were neat and clean, making my stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also very tasty. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Serenity Inn for a delightful and budget-friendly stay

the staff was not much cooperative..I was really disappointed and the room was fine but the washrooms were not so good leakage and the shower was not working and there was too much smell in the room.
AC was not working in the room, we complained & they said they have resolved it. The second night, AC was not working & the room became very hot & stuffy.
I was not much satisfied hence moved to another hotel.
